2) Video entries MUST BE be 30-60 seconds in length. Be inspiring…don’t just create a video selfie. Let your personality and passion show in your video. BE CREATIVE! … We love your face, but we want more than a video of you talking to the camera!

Applicant Eligibility Requirements :
- This scholarship is open to any high school senior who is a legal resident of the United States.
- Scholarship will only be paid to winner who is living in the United States
- This is NOT a financial need based scholarship
- Relatives or employees of Life Launch Centers may not enter
- Home-schooled students may apply as long as their curriculum and course of study is equivalent to a Utah high school senior
- Applicants are required to submit a video on YouTube (click the “Make a Video” button or scroll down for details)

Thank you for your interest in Life Launch Center‘s $1000 #AnxietySucks Scholarship Video Contest.
With the CDC indicating that over 50% of kids now have anxiety we figured let’s do something more to help out in this mental health crisis.
In an effort to support their ongoing educational efforts, Life Launch Centers is awarding $1000 to the student that submits the best video 30-60 second in length about: “Anxiety Doesn’t Control My Life, I Control My Anxiety.” Watch last years awards video, learn the criteria, and get your filmmaking on.
One of you will walk away from this experience with $1,000 of college money. But ALL of you will walk away knowing that what you’ve created just might help a struggling soul. Click on the buttons to get started. Good luck!

Submission Method
The student must submit a video before eligibility is granted. This is not a paper to be written but instead a video to be submitted.
Video
1) Post a video creatively responding to the following prompt:
- “Anxiety Doesn’t Control My Life, I Control My Anxiety.” Some ideas to get the creative juices flowing might include: Work, School, Dating, Family, Friendships, Talents, Interests, Social Situations
- a short description of how you can help your peers in school Launch into Life (refer to the “Make a Video” section of this page for ideas)
- a link to https://www.lifelaunchcenters.com/ and
- must include the hashtags #AnxietySucks #StrongerFamiliesStrongerFutures #LifeLaunchCentersScholorship #LifeLaunchCenters.
Timeline
Applicants may submit entries from February 1st, 2023 through April 30th, 2023. Winner(s) will be announced and awarded the scholarship May 9th. Winner(s) will also be posted on this site, and Life Launch Centers’ social media accounts.
Awards
One (1) winning applicant will receive a $1,000 scholarship. Award money is to be applied to cover winners educational expenses in the field or major of their choosing. The receipt of this award by the winner is subject to the following conditions: All monetary awards must be applied to cover winner’s college, university or vocational school tuition and education-related expenses, such as room and board or books and supplies. Under no circumstances should monies awarded to winners be used toward non-educational expenses.
All Rights Reserved
Life Launch Centers reserves the right to terminate this promotion without notice as deemed appropriate to Life Launch Centers. Notwithstanding said termination, the scholarships will be awarded as set forth in these Official Rules.
Limitation Of Liability
Life Launch Centers is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, technical error, or human error which may occur in the processing of entries and submissions. Life Launch Centers assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect or alteration of entries. Life Launch Centers reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Life Launch Centers Scholarship, in whole or in part, at any time.
Selection of Finalists
Following the deadline, Life Launch Centers will contact the winner via email or phone. Winner(s) will also be posted on this site as well as Life Launch Centers’ social media accounts.
Selection of Winners
One (1) winner will be selected from among the applicants, notified and announced May 10th. The odds of winning depend on the quality of each entry. The decisions of judges are final. Winner will be notified via email. Acceptance of award constitutes permission (except where prohibited by law) to use winners names, cities, states, likenesses and/or voices for purposes of advertising, promotion and publicity without additional compensation. Awards will be sent to the winner after all required proof and documentation is received.
Terms & Conditions
By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Life Launch Centers, which shall be final. All applicable federal, provincial, state, and local laws and regulations apply. Except where prohibited by law, participation constitutes the participant’s consent to Life Launch Centers’ use of their names, cities and states of residence, and entries (videos) for advertising, publicity, and promotional purposes in any media, online or offline, without further permission, consent, payment or other consideration. If, for any reason, the promotion is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the promotion, Life Launch Centers reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion and to select winners from among all eligible entries received prior to the date of termination. Life Launch Centers reserves the right to amend or modify the Terms & Conditions at any time during the promotion.
